The Ryder Cup 2008 will take place at Valhalla Golf Club between the 16th - 21st September 2008 on the Jack Nicholas designed Valhalla Golf Club in Kentucky. Organised Sport & Event Travel are delighted to offer a range of Official Ryder Cup ticket and accommodation packages for this prestigious golf tournament which will include:
- 4 or 5 nights accommodation at your chosen hotel
- Breakfast each morning
- Tickets to the Final Practice Round and all 3 Competition Rounds of the Ryder Cup 2008
- Tickets to the Ryder Cup Celebration Evening on Thursday night
- All transfers between your chosen hotel and the Valhalla Golf Club.
All packages can also be upgraded to include an International Pavilion Tickets. International Pavilion tickets provide access marquee facility where clients can purchase upgraded food and beverages. Thursday 18th September: Upon your arrival in Louisville, Kentucky you will make your way to your chosen hotel. Today you may choose to relax and unpack, or we can arrange optional golf. You may also like to attend the Ryder Cup Opening Ceremonies.
Friday 19th September: Attend the Opening Day of the Ryder Cup 2008 witnessing the Foursomes and the Fourball Matches.
Saturday 20th September:Attend the Second Day of the Ryder Cup 2008 witnessing the Foursomes and the Fourball Matches.
Sunday 21st September: Attend the Final Days play of the Ryder Cup 2008 and witness the exciting climax on the singles matches.
You will also have the opportunity to watch the presentation of the trophy and the closing ceremony.
Monday 22nd September: This morning you will check out of the hotel at your leisure.

Wednesday 17th September:Upon arrival in Louisville, you will make your way to your chosen hotel where you can check-in, relax and unwind.
Thursday 18th September:Today you will attend the Final Practice Round of the Ryder Cup 2008.Alternatively you may choose to relax and unpack, or we can arrange optional golf.
Friday 19th September:Attend the Opening Day of the Ryder Cup 2008 witnessing the Foursomes and the Fourball Matches.
Saturday 20th September:Attend the Second Day of the Ryder Cup 2008 witnessing the Foursomes and the Fourball Matches.

The price per person for the International Pavilion upgrade is £275.

Booking Conditions
To ensure a reservation, a deposit of 35% of the total price must be received within 14 days of confirmation. .
Cancellation Policy
If any trip is canceled by the operator, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. Otherwise cancellation charges will apply as follows:
After acceptance of a booking, if the customer cancels his or her arrangements or fails to pay the balance of the tour price by the described time, the company reserves the right to forfeit the deposit.
All monies, once paid, are non-refundable.
