Booking Conditions
To secure a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total price must be received with your confirmation. The final 50% balance will be due at the beginning of April 2010.
Cancellation Policy
If any trip is cancelled by the operator, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. Otherwise cancellation charges will apply as follows:
After acceptance of a booking, if the customer cancels his or her arrangements or fails to pay the balance of the tour price by the described time, the company reserves the right to forfeit the deposit. All monies, once paid, are non-refundable.
