British Lions Tour of South Africa

The stage is set for the new World Champions South Africa to play host to the British Lions for another exciting series of games and tests in June and July of 2009.  Lions Tours are one of the greatest spectacles in Rugby, at which nothing can beat the atmosphere and passion of both teams.  The British Lions team will be wanting to match their victories of the 1997 South Africa Tour, following their torrid tour of New Zealand in 2005. 

South Africa has some of the best rugby stadiums in the world and some of the most passionate of fans who, like their British Lions counterparts, are ready for the battle to commence.  You are guaranteed a fantastic
atmosphere and experience, not only at the games but also in this wonderful country as you discover its many amazing sites, people and animals.
